Fixing and maintaining  a massive and an all-steel structure like the Basilica of San Sebastian is not an easy task especially in this time of the year - monsoon season - the structure is vulnerable to rusting and is very obvious on its exterior. So these workers are taking advantage of the sun to protect this 120 years old Gothic Revival architecture from further oxidation.
